When you visit our website or contact us, we may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in your message. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide IT services, improve our website, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Cookies & Analytics

No cookie-setting analytics or tracking scripts load on this site until you accept them. The first time you visit, a banner asks for your choice; nothing beyond the functionality described below runs before you make one, and choosing “Decline” keeps it that way. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page.

If you accept, we load two analytics tools, which set cookies and similar browser storage:

Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser). We also record when a visitor submits the contact form or clicks a phone-number link, so we can tell which pages generate enquiries. Loaded directly by this site with Google Consent Mode set to granted only after you accept. We do not run a Google Tag Manager container on this site.
PostHog — product analytics covering how visitors move through the site. It is not initialised at all unless you accept.

We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on this website, and we do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond the providers above, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.

Strictly Necessary Services

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes real visitors from automated abuse. Because it is a security control rather than analytics, it is not covered by the cookie banner — but it does not load on an ordinary page view either. It loads only once you begin filling in the contact form, and it works the same whether you accepted or declined analytics.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which runs its own aggregate traffic and performance measurement. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across other websites, so it operates on every page view regardless of your cookie choice.
